How to Regain Energy and Feel Refreshed This Spring

If you’re feeling unusually tired this season, don’t worry—it’s just your body adjusting to the changes. Here’s how to help it adapt smoothly and regain your energy:

✅ Stick to a Sleep Routine – Try to go to bed and wake up at the same time every day. Keep screens off at least 30 minutes before bed to avoid disrupting melatonin production.

✅ Hydrate More Than Usual – Warmer temperatures and increased activity deplete fluids faster. Aim for 6-8 glasses of water per day to stay hydrated.

✅ Balance Your Meals – Include protein, healthy fats, and complex carbohydrates to maintain steady energy levels.

✅ Take Allergy Precautions – If allergies are draining you, talk to a doctor about non-drowsy antihistamines or natural remedies like local honey and vitamin C.

✅ Get Morning Sunlight – Exposure to natural light first thing in the morning helps regulate your internal clock and reduces melatonin production at the right time.

✅ Pace Yourself – Enjoy the new season, but don’t overdo it. Slowly increase activity levels to avoid burnout.
